As advertised in Wedding Bells Magazine, the Manitoba Forestry Association offers white spruce tree seedlings as wedding favours.

Tree seedlings make wonderful wedding favours anytime of the year. There are several options for tree seedlings as wedding favours.

Option 1: The Classic Order:
The classic order consists of a White Spruce tree seedling in a cellophane bag with an attached thank you card, which includes tree care instructions and a place to sign your names. You have a choice of gold or silver ties for attaching the thank you card. (See picture above). The cost for this option is $1.55/ packaged seedling (plus taxes) and are sold in groups of 20.

Option 2: Trees Only:
If you want to decorate the tree seedlings yourself. We can supply just the tree seedlings. The tree seedlings have a 5 inch root plug and are approximately 8 to 10 inches in height.  The cost for just the trees is $1.00/ seedling (plus taxes) and are sold in bundles of 20.

Option 3: Alternative Option:
Are you looking for an alternative to the traditional wedding favour? Why not have trees planted in honour of your special day. For only $2.00/guest (plus taxes), a tree will be planted in honour of your wedding. For your guests, a thank you card will be provided explaining that a tree was planted on their behalf by attending your wedding and commemorating your joyous occasion.

Orders are provided on a first come, first serve basis, please order at least 4 weeks prior to wedding date. At the Manitoba Forestry Association, we will try to accommodate requests for tree seedlings less than 4 weeks prior to the wedding date, please call (204) 453-3182 to inquiry about ordering less than 4 weeks prior to the wedding date.

All orders can be picked up at our office at 900 Corydon Avenue in Winnipeg, Manitoba or orders can be shipped by bus outside of Winnipeg, but within CANADA (Sorry we can NOT ship outside of CANADA). All orders requiring shipping, the shipping expenses are the responsibility of the the purchaser.

All applications are to be accompanied with FULL PAYMENT. Payment options include cash, cheque, money order, Visa or Mastercard (NSF cheque charge - $20.00).  Orders can be mailed or made in person at the Manitoba Forestry Association, 900 Corydon Avenue, Winnipeg, Manitoba R3M 0Y4.
